CHILLED IRON GRIT
An angular cast iron grit available in a range of FEPA grades.
Suitable for general applications such as the removal of paint
and oxides from carbon steels and cleaning of ferrous castings.
STEEL SHOT AND GRIT
A tempered cast steel shot that can be used in both air and airless
applications for peening and general surface treatments of ferrous
materials.
GARNET
A semi-expendable material with very hard angular particles.
Several grades are available. For both blasting and water jet
cutting. In some applications Garnet can be an economical alternative
to Virgin Brown Aluminium Oxide.
PLASTIC MEDIA
Several types are available in various grades for the removal
of paint from delicate substrates, mould cleaning and the removal
of flash from delicate castings.

SILICON CARBIDE, Black and Green
An extremely hard angular substance used for blasting, grinding
and lapping both ferrous and non ferrous materials including optical
glass and crystal glass.
STAINLESS STEEL SHOT
Used mainly for wet blast machines for cleaning stainless steel
but can be used dry.
WALNUT SHELL/OLIVE STONE
Used for decarbonisation and mould cleaning. This organic material
can be ideal for cleaning in some environmentally sensitive situations.
EXPENDABLE COPPER SLAG
An economic and safe alternative to sand. Will produce an anchor
for most industrial coatings. For cleaning badly corroded steel
or marine growth.

CALCIUM CARBONATE
Used to clean paint and encrustations from Aluminium components.
Bulk delivery only, grades on request.
Available in all FEPA sizes.
